Working with a team can be challenging as well as frustrating. There are a few things that can help facilitate a team’s success and the author has gathered many of those strategies in this book. Communication strategies amongst others, this book is set up to help you get the most out of your team.
I found this to be a great book. I had an introduction to teamwork’s pros and cons in college and this book went over some of the basics, but really dove into the do’s and don’ts for a more successful team. The information was easy to understand, and I feel that this book will help me a lot.
