A manager can make or break a team and deeply influence a company’s success. In this book, the authors combine their experience and lay out information that if utilized can help you either prepare for your next promotion, or for improving yourself to become not just a manager, but a leader.
I liked this book, the information was clear and understandable and although I have 6 years as a manager, there were points in here I either hadn’t considered, or had forgotten.
