Diversity might not seem very important to some; but in our world, knowing what diversity is, how it can help you and how you can foster it in your workplace; is a cornerstone of what this book is about. The author gives us some really good definitions, examples, scenarios for the concepts and all of this is rooted in his considerable experience.
I really feel that this is one of those books that you will use over and over, lend it to friends and co-workers and dog-ear/highlight bunch of pages. It was well written, easy to understand, and really backed up it’s arguments with facts.
