This book is a dramatic conveyance of the life of Mayuri, a fictional woman who lives in India. Many supporting characters are in here as well, ones that shape Miyuris life from childhood into adulthood. Using Poetic language and deeply rich descriptions, the author weaves a spellbinding world of love, courage, and knowledge.
While the premise sounded interesting, I found the book incredibly hard to read. The flowery language seemed to go over my head. It was hard to follow some sections as well.
