3.5 stars for complexity that sometimes doesn’t quite make sense. Sophia Goldwater is one of the main characters in this book and she is set to become the first female president in the US when the past and future all disappear, and we are now in a Citadel of mirrors where the known political and societal norms have been upended.
The story was well written, and it certainly was interesting, but it was also very complex, and this is not a book you can lose yourself in. If you do not pay attention, you will easily become lost in the story among the plot developments.
