Taking the first step in entering the real estate property “game” can be daunting and overwhelming. This book is full of helpful advice and personal anecdotes. The information is well rounded, covering the most common as well as a few uncommon scenarios you might encounter.
I liked the book, while I am not looking to get into the real estate game, my husband is very interested in this type of venture and I will recommend this book to him to read.
