A journey of self-discovery and discovery of faith, this book tells us the tale of young Christopher and his unlikely journey. A young man, Christopher is street smart, wily, and creative enough to get out of most sticky situations. However, it is almost Christmas and he is starting to lose his faith in God, and this is where the story begins. Christopher is swept up into a mystical seeming journey where he is introduced to many different people. Some are good, some are bad, but they all leave an impression upon Christopher in some way. Will he be able to regain his faith and trust in God?
This is a good book. It has a slow start, but it will be good for teenagers who want a little science fiction while still staying within their faith. You won’t find any crazy ideas or smutty love scenes which makes it perfect for its intended audience. The unlikely setting of the SciFi backdrop gives the story a fresh new look into the faith based genre.
