In the past, companies focused more on the customers and the products. Nowadays, they are beginning to see the importance of a low turnover rate and highly motivated employees that can make or break a company. This book takes the principles of leadership and tells you how you can use them to help your company become better and reap more profit. I think the author had some good ideas in here, and with a changing society, businesses must change as well, and this book gave some good insights.
