Many leaders are great at leading their people but fail to recognize and foster talent within their people. Helping your employees better themselves will help the companies bottom line is many ways. The book takes a look at how the world has changed throughout the pandemic and how we as leaders should change with it. The examples and the information given really can help a leader with becoming better in how they work. As one myself I think this book is a great reminder to us to never forget to lift up our people.
