The Knackerman Who Salvaged The Stars by Caroline A. Connell
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This was an odd book; it was almost an homage to various peoples experiences and their moments in life that were poignant enough to set onto paper. A global Disaster shakes the world and people are struck with the sense of survival in the face of death.
The unique media here, the inclusion of social media post-esque writings and tidbits, give this book a much more relevant feel to our current time. I did like the story, I like when an author strives to make themselves something that does not follow the usual plotlines.
