In a world of ever consuming healthcare, be it physically or financially, a way out of the system should be something everyone strives for. The author gives us a book that sets out chapter by chapter, a guideline of common problems and helpful solutions you can undertake.
I was hoping for some breakthrough information in this book, but most of the advice given was either self-explanatory, or common sense. The only good chapter was chapter 14 where there is a health evaluation form and it helps you determine your own state of health.
